A Unique Space. Located on a plot of 2,000 m², this impressive villa of 400 m² has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed over two floors, offering ample space for families or groups of friends looking to relax and disconnect in a dream setting.
Elegance and Nature in Harmony. The upper floor of the villa houses four bedrooms, two of them with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a designer bathroom. The enormous glass walls that dominate this floor offer spectacular views: on one side, the sea and, on the other, a stone jetty decorated with bougainvilleas and jasmines, surrounded by fruit trees. Wake up every morning with the sea breeze and the feeling of sleeping outdoors thanks to the large windows that can be fully opened.
The living-dining room is a spacious and bright space 17 metres long. The glass doors open almost completely, integrating the interior with the terrace, so you can enjoy a fluid experience between both spaces while contemplating the sea. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including two dishwashers, two fridges, a BORA induction hob and a table for 10 people.
A Corner for Leisure and Fun. On the ground floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, an elegant laundry room and a games room that invites you to have fun with its retro table football and large television screen. Villa Barbaria is an elegant chalet located on the German Beach, with around 2,200 m² of private garden. It has been designed by Mr. Antonio and Mr. Carlos Lamela, architects of the highest international recognition, in homage to Le Corbusier, in pure rationalist style, and has been published by prestigious national and international magazines.
The built surface area of the house is approximately 610 m², and it is situated on a small hill overlooking Africa and the Strait of Gibraltar. It features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a toilet, a stunning swimming pool, heating throughout the house, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The shape of its chimneys, white metal railings, and multiple 'covers' on its terraces evoke the forms of a boat surrounded by ocean water. Villa Barbaria offers unbeatable sea views. The transparency and open nature of Villa Barbaria redefine the concept of habitable space by emphasising volume and natural light. True to this concept, the main terrace is a natural extension of the rest of the house. The Villa offers complete intimacy and privacy in its exterior and interior spaces. On the ground floor, immediately upon entering the house, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, equipped with a seating area, a large dining table where you can enjoy excellent meals, and access to the terrace and outdoor pool area. From there, the house is distributed into two wings, one of which contains a service room or children's room with two single beds, a bathroom, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi. On the left wing of the house, on the same floor, there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds each, which share a bathroom, and another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom from which you can enjoy impressive views and access to the garden. On the upper floor, there is another splendid bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a large terrace from where you can see wonderful sunsets.
Villa recently renovated where you can enjoy a luxury holiday and enjoy our wonderful crystal-clear beaches, as well as having a wide range of water sports and activities in contact with nature.
The nearby village of Zahara de los Atunes has all types of shops, a small market where you will find both fish and seasonal fruit, pharmacy, medical care centre, etc. as well as renowned restaurants where you can enjoy our splendid gastronomy.
Cleaning is included within the rental price for 3 hours a day, 3 days a week on alternate days.

Sitting just above the long, sandy beaches of Zahara de los Atunes, and with its own private path directly to the sea shore, Villa Sanssouci really does have everything you could ever need from a coastal villa.
Every detail, every design feature, every room, article of furniture, piece of equipment and decoration has been specifically chosen, picked out and placed for your comfort and enjoyment. From the infinity pool to the fitness suite; from the open-plan living room with its six-metre ceiling height to the shoe racks in the dressing rooms; from the green lawns to the covered parking - everything here has been designed for real living.
The ground floor interior consists of the spacious, clean living space, with its high ceilings and intricately designed lighting. The kitchen, too, has been designed for every possible need, is fully equipped and joy to use. The large dining room offers an elegant table seating twelve, but is even more comfortable for ten. Every one of these rooms leads into other spaces, internal and external. Everything is accessible and is designed for ease.
Villa Sanssouci offers six bedrooms in total, five of which are situated on the top floor of the villa, accessible via a glass elevator or staircases. The master suite on the first floor, is enormously spacious, with dressing room and designer en-suite bathroom and access to its own private terrace overlooking the beach below and the ocean ahead. Every bedroom has en-suite toilet and shower tray and every bedroom is carefully decorated to please all tastes. Every second floor bedroom opens onto the top terrace and looks over the same, glorious views.
Sound systems can be found in the living room on the ground floor and in the Master Bedroom on the first floor. Wi-Fi is available everywhere. High quality televisions and electronic equipment are in abundance and are free for your use. With two separate indoor living rooms, the master room on the ground floor and the second living room on the second floor, privacy is easy to find, however many guests you have.
If swimming in the pool and walking along the long, long beach do not offer you enough physical activity, the fitness suite will make sure that your daily routine is not abandoned, even on holiday! Weights, multi-gym, running machine, cycle machine and much, much more, make this room a must for the existing or budding athlete.
Once you have completed your work-out, you can choose either to swim in the sunlight and overlooking the sea, or take advantage of the indoor swimming space with its spa and air conditioning. (The air-conditioning of the SWIMMING POOL/SPA will be deactivated during the months of June, July, August and September). Or, of course, you can take a turkish bath.
Outside there is a large, covered parking area, with space for five cars as well as large driveway space for as many guests as you choose.
The gardens themselves are full of mature trees and plants, offering shade, beauty and colour. There is an external bar with long travertine marble worktop, sunshades and stools; the perfect place to sit with a long drink and tapas. Palm trees, coconut palms, sago palms, yuccas, roses and bougainvilleas abound here.
The infinity pool is 15 metres x 4 metres, has high pressured jets, and really will make you feel on top of the world.
Outside the villa is where you will find the service area; a building designed for keeping all the necessary bits and pieces under one roof and away from the main building. Here you will find the boiler room, maintenance room, staff room, storage space, washing facilities, water filter machines, solar energy generators and ironing room - amongst other things.
Everything here is furnished to satisfy everyone’s taste; indoors or outdoors, sunshine or shade, parties or privacy. There is always somewhere you can go that will be perfect for your mood.
