Its green and spacious outdoor areas invite you to outdoor living, with the jewel of the property being the infinity pool that overflows onto the edge of the plot and blends with the sea on the horizon.
The house comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Its layout, across its 3 levels, is comfortable, open and accessible. Almost all of its rooms enjoy impressive sea views and the entire coastline.
Upon entering the property, on the main floor we find a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and pantry, a toilet and direct access to the garden, pool and the impressive fully furnished terrace with a dining area and outdoor sofas where you can enjoy pleasant evenings outdoors watching the most impressive sunset in the south of Cádiz.
On the upper floor there are 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a terrace and air conditioning.
In the basement of the house, there is a family leisure/rest area with a huge and comfortable sofa, a laundry room and access to the garage where 2 vehicles can be parked perfectly.
The plot has enough outdoor space for several vehicles.
A property designed for a luxury holiday, for the complete rest of its guests and the absolute enjoyment of a few days in the south.
The rental price includes 8 hours of cleaning per week, 2 days per week. (On weekdays).
