Villa "El Mirador de la Plata" is a modern Villa, that was built in 2015, on the western slope of the Sierra de la Plata. " The Villa offers a wonderful panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean and over 25 km of coastline tothe Lighthouse of Trafalgar. "El Mirador" is built on a 950 m 2 plot and offers space for 6-8 guests.
This contemporary, high-quality holiday home will delight you and your family. Settled at the edge of the Nature Reserve PARQUE DEL ESTRECHO, the rear of the house overlooks the typical green and rocky hillside of this part of the Costa de la luz which in many ways has remained untouched by tourism and development through the decades and towards the ocean "El Mirador" has large terraces and a beautiful infinity pool."
The decoration of the House focuses on practical, modern wooden furniture and simple decorative elements.
If you come by car you can drive up on the West side of the House into the garage in the basement, where apart from the laundry and technical rooms you will also finds a double room with an en suite bathroom. The staircase leads up to the entrance hall on the ground floor with the actual main entrance door. The main floor is an open and bright space which comprises kitchen and dining area as well as a guest bathroom and a living room. The modern white kitchen is very well equipped and allows you to watch the sun set over the sea while preparing dinner.
Separated only by a stone wall, the living room with seating area and TV is ample and full of daylight which penetrates from the ceiling high Windows on the side and front facade .
The remaining 3 bedrooms with access to the sun terrace are located on the top floor. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom the other two share the 2nd bathroom. All feature more than sufficient cupboards and offer a fantastic view.
The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the villa or 1 minute by car, if you have a lot to carry or small children. Just a few hundred meters from the House you will find a bakery and grocery stores during the summer season. In case you come before or after high season, you can do your shopping in the nearby village of Zahara de los Atunes, where you will find a good number of boutiques, supermarkets, Bakeries , bars and Restaurants....
If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful location and for unspoilt surroundings. If you like mountain biking or surfing, beach walks, here in Zahara you will both tranquility and nature as well as a good selection of seafood restaurants and beach bars
El Mirador is a great holiday home for families and there are board games and books and a table-tennis or you can play at the pool.
The rental price includes 6 hours of cleaning distributed in 3 hours two days a week (Tuesday and Friday). For any extra services, please contact us.
