The Villa overlooks the "Playa de los Alemanes" and the way to Africa.
It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
The ground floor is the living room whit fireplace, dining room, kitchen and a guest toilet anda a separate spacious bedroom with en suite bathroom and views over the garden and the sea.
Upstairs there are 2 bedroom, the master bedroom with the main bathroom and another room with double bed. From the terrace you can enjoy the glimmer of the city lights of Tangier.
This Villa includes a built-up area of 170 m2 and 2000 m2 of land.
The beautiful and well maintained garden offers many possibilities for relaxing, the pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (hot / cold), invites a refreshing swim, there is also a barbecue area with a beautiful dining table with benches and a large porch that completely covered is used as a living room and dining room.
For guests arriving in winter there is a living room with a fireplace.

Beautiful villa with private pool and exotic and very well maintained garden. Ideal for a family vacation. Large open spaces to enjoy the outdoors and very close to the beach. It also has wonderful views towards the mountain, the Camarinal Lighthouse and the spectacular beaches of Atlanterra.
The villa has a rustic style and has two floors, very well distributed.
On the first floor we find the kitchen with utility room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace. Wonderful sea views. A true luxury for your senses. This room gives access to a wonderful convered terrace with barbacue where to enjoy nice evenings outdoors with family or friends.
On the second floor, there is a third bedroom with another double bed, very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea.
The location of this villa is very attractive; the access to the beach is very comfortable and easy. Walking distance. The area where the villa is located is surrounded by nature: pine trees, bushes, white sand beaches, fresh air and spectacular views.

This Villa sits on the western slope of Atlanterra one of the most exclusive housing developments you will find on the Costa de la Luz.
Sheltered from the Levante wind and inspired by Hindu culture; for some Buddha has become their happy place.
A comfortable villa, well maintained and perfect for a beach vacation just a stonethrow away from the norther Coast of Africa .
Buddha sits on a 2,000m2 plot and it´s overall built size amounts to aproximately 290m2.
The House boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and 15 kilometers of sandy beaches from Atlanterra to the town of Zahara de los Atunes and all the way to the Trafalgar Lighthouse in Los Caños de Meca.
The open-plan layout of the house provides a feeling of spaciousness and comfort.
Buddha has a large living-dining room with an integrated kitchen island - fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances; this is the main axis of the house. From here, you have access to all other rooms and areas in and around the house. The lounge and TV area is set a few steps lower than the dining area, there is a very large sofa from where you can enjoy the best views.
From the living - dining room, on the western side of the house a couple of glass doors give access to a covered porch with table and chairs ideal for an outdoor lunch with the family. To in front of the living dining area, we can also access a second terrace which, in turn, gives access to the third somewhat smaller Bed room with two single beds.
The main suite, with a particularly oriental decoration, has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the main balcony of the house.
In the area opposite the main bedroom, we find an adjoining but independent area with a double room and a fully equipped bathroom.
The exterior of the property is surrounded by a pretty garden with mediterranean plants and palm trees.
The lower part of the garden is accessed through a stone staircase, which leads us to the pool and barbecue area. A quiet and shaded area with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy family barbecues and unforgettable moments by the pool.
The property has outdoor parking for about 3 cars and a covered garage for one more vehicle.
