The spacious covered porch divides the house into two parts; the main part has a very cosy living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, dining area, complete kitchen, very bright, with all appliances and a toilet. On the upper floor, it has a master bedroom with bathroom and another with a double bed and a superb terrace to enjoy the wonderful nights of Atlanterra outdoors.
On the other side of the porch, there is a spacious and independent bedroom with a bathroom, with views of the house's garden and sea views. Very comfortable and private, as it remains completely independent from the rest of the house.
Your wonderful garden offers us an incomparable place for rest, with hammocks, private pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (cold / hot), which invites a refreshing bath. At the back of the house there is a barbecue with a beautiful stone table with benches, which together with the large, fully covered porch, used as a living room and dining room, will make your stay in this house pleasant and very comforting.
Next to the Camarinal Lighthouse, there is a path, Camarinal Lighthouse-Bolonia, from where the wide beach of fine and golden sand can be seen, little transformed and frequented by surfers, and the Baelo Claudia Archaeological Site, declared a National Historic Monument, this Roman factory-city surprises by its state of conservation.
A true paradise where you will enjoy unforgettable days of rest! Highly recommended for families!

Villa del Mar is a pleasant villa located in the heart of the Alemanes Cove mountain, with one of the best bird's-eye views in the area.
When we enter the property, we find in its layout: living-dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry room, two complete bathrooms. In addition to three double bedrooms. One of them with a 180cm bed and en-suite bathroom, another with a 150cm bed and the third with two single beds of 90cm.
The exterior of the property is undoubtedly the crown jewel. From its covered barbecue porch where you can enjoy countless family evenings outdoors, to its lush gardens with palm trees, fountains and paths leading to a viewpoint where you can see the most impressive mountain sunrises.
