Next to the Camarinal Lighthouse, with exclusive location, privacy and exquisite taste, stands villa RECOLETA, equipped for 9 people, right on the beach, totally integrated in the wild nature of the area, which makes it a haven of peace and tranquillity within the well-known Cala de los Alemanes, to which it has private access via a path that leads to a spectacular corner of white sand, crystal clear waters and paradisiacal surroundings.
A magnificent villa with ample spaces that open onto the Atlantic Ocean and the Strait of Gibraltar, nestled at the gates of the Strait of Gibraltar Natural Park.
With a large plot, its construction is built on different levels, taking advantage of the orography of the land, distributed in a rest area, living area and garden/pool area.
Main floor
Accessing the main floor, it can be seen that all the rooms are connected to each other. Kitchen, dining room and living room. From the entrance hall to the right, we find a toilet, the staircase that will give access to the upper floor and, in addition to this, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and one of them with direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen has a large glassed-in office with two work areas as well as a dining area from which there is access to the service area of the house, which includes a laundry and ironing room, and additionally a bedroom with bathroom for the service staff.
The dining room, connected to the kitchen and presided over by a large round table, is isolated from the living room area by a dividing wall with a glazed fireplace. This living room, with different ceiling heights, leads to a glazed interior patio with a sitting area that combines the colour of its walls with bougainvillea and jasmine, a very comfortable place to enjoy lunches and dinners with family and/or friends.
At the same time, both rooms are connected by a large terrace-balcony with full height panoramic windows and a garden with spectacular ocean views. The interior rooms are transferred to this terrace, where you can also enjoy a living and dining area.
First floor
From the ground floor, a staircase leads to the master bedrooms. Two extremely spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, shower, bathtub, dressing room and shared sitting area. Both bedrooms share a large terrace overlooking the garden with an unbeatable sea in the background, an environment of light and colour, with crystal clear waters and white sand, typical of our little paradise.
Ground floor
The ground floor has been conceived as a space for leisure and relaxation within the house. Here you will find a chill-out area with a small office, a heated salt water swimming pool, showers and changing room as well as a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom.
All levels are open to the sea. The surrounding vegetation and gardens decorate these rooms, flooded with light and at the same time giving them absolute privacy.
Bordering the house, its well-tended gardens of various species, its private orchard area, stream and direct access to the beach via a wooden bridge, make for a unique exterior in which the sea and the mountains merge.

In a paradise-like area such as Playa de los Alemanes and just a few metres from Camarinal Lighthouse, Villa Fare Miti stands as the "House of the Sea" for those who choose this point on the map as their home.
In its almost 3,000m2 plot, vegetation abounds, the green of its trees and the cacti that are so peculiar but add so much personality. The house, with a whitewashed facade, has 448m2 of built surface. In the East wing from the entrance distributor, organised by a corridor, we come across a comfortable toilet, a laundry area, access to the small patio that leads to the exterior of the dwelling and, lastly, the fully equipped kitchen bathed in natural light. The kitchen shares the magnificent Japanese garden which gives spaciousness and luminosity to the space. From the kitchen, one can also access the dining area.
In the West wing of the dwelling, we find a glazed corridor that provides access on the left to the porch and at the back to an independent area of the dwelling with three double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two with a fully equipped shared bathroom. The porch can be closed thanks to vertical awnings installed in the three arches accessing the pool area; the spacious area offers multiple opportunities for its distribution and functionality.
If we go up the spiral staircase located at the entrance, we will access the upper floor where we find the main suite with air conditioning that has a spacious bathroom and a comfortable dressing room. In addition, the main bedroom enjoys a balcony with magnificent views and a terrace area sheltered from the wind.
From every corner of this property, the views are a gift, but above all, if we access the roof of the west wing from the back garden, we will be able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and never tire of looking at the sea and the extensive Playa de los Alemanes.
Right at the entrance of the villa, we find a completely independent studio, which houses a double bedroom with an office kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Exclusive villa for rent, in a privileged location. Right on top of a cliff, at the western end of the Straits Natural Park (Parque Natural del Estrecho) and with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
One of the most spectacular contemporary villas in Playa de los Alemanes -Atlanterra area (Zahara de los Atunes)-. From inside the house, we can enjoy endless views of the sea, which gives the property a sensation of pure lightness of volumes and integration with the orography of the land.
The villa is set on a large platform -in a plot of 2,690m2 with a built area of 700m2-, facing South. The property is projected beyond the steep slope into diaphanous and transparent spaces, with glazed sections -highly protected from direct sunlight- both indoors and outdoors.
Since the villa is set on a cliff, in order to access the property, we do so by an underground funicular. As you step out of this elevator, we enter an interior patio that perfectly reflects what this property entitles: a bubble of light, peace and harmony.

Except for two of the bedrooms that shared a double entry bathroom with a shower and two sinks, the rest of the bedrooms have their own fully equipped bathroom. Three of the double rooms have queen beds and the other two count with two single beds each -that can be joined together or left separated-. All five bedrooms are exquisitely designed, have large terraces and great privacy.
Also on this floor we find a storage room, pool machinery room and laundry area.
The villa has air conditioning, all lighting can be managed by remote control, motorized blinds, hot water, WiFi, Satellite TV and cover garage for 4 - 5 vehicles.
Breakfast and daily cleaning services during the stay are included in the rental price.
