Description
In the residential area of La Tahona, just a few metres from the wonderful Zahara de los Atunes Beach and just a few minutes' walk from the village, this magnificent independent villa with a private pool is located. Highly recommended for families who want to spend unforgettable days in paradise.
The property has a ground floor with a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen in an open space; a bathroom with a shower and a room with two single beds. From the living room and kitchen area, through a large window along the entire rear facade, we access a dining area under a covered porch and from here to the entire exterior of the property, including the fantastic swimming pool. This area of the property is perfect for pool afternoons and outdoor meals as it has a barbecue, outdoor kitchen and outdoor bathroom.
From the living room, we access the first floor through an elegant wooden staircase with walls in ostionera stone. The first thing we find when going up is a hallway bathed in natural light thanks to a large skylight. From here, access is given to the other four bedrooms of the property. Two bedrooms with a single bed, a third with two single beds and the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a wide and sunny terrace with views of the pool area. The bedroom with two single beds would also have access to this same terrace, which also has an en-suite bathroom. This floor has a common bathroom shared by the single bed rooms.
If you think about a family holiday in the village of Zahara de los Atunes, it would be an excellent option, comfortable, cosy and with a private pool. Ideal for any time of the year. With the convenient option of walking to restaurants, supermarkets and all types of establishments.
