From the moment you enter, you will be captivated by the brightness and uninterrupted sea views. The main floor is a spacious and sophisticated space, ideal for entertainment and relaxation.

Dining and Living Room: A spacious area for sharing, where the dining room and living room with library are completely oriented towards the sea, creating an atmosphere of calm and luxury. Lounge/Dining Room and Kitchen on Ground Floor: A bright and independent space, this room offers direct access to the covered porch and garden, ideal for informal gatherings or preparing meals while enjoying the outdoors.
This dream garden envelops the villa on its ground floor, perfectly maintained, with an outdoor gazebo, outdoor shower area, and direct access to a path that leads to the beach.

From the left side when descending the stairs, you access a private reception area that leads to 2 Bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and beautiful views of the garden.
On the right wing when going down the stairs, behind the dining and kitchen area, we find a corridor that leads to 2 bedrooms, which have 2 bathrooms with showers directly opposite the bedrooms, the corridor ends in a space dedicated to health: a fully equipped gym with high-quality machines and accessories. This wellness space includes a luxurious bathroom with two showers and a large sauna with sea views. Next to the gym, through some stairs we reach the Master Bedroom, a private refuge designed for maximum rest, which includes a work area, bathroom with shower, bathtub, dressing room and toilet area.
In the bedrooms, both decorative curtains and blackout blinds have been installed.
The entire house has a sophisticated air conditioning system that maintains the interior temperature stable and efficient, in addition to underfloor heating.

At the foot of the hillside which overlooks the magnificent Bay of Atlanterra, we find Villa Nuevo Horizonte. As its name suggests "NEW HORIZON" will give you the opportunity to discover a new way of holiday home, a place that is well thought out, with history and personal flare.
Nuevo Horizonte doesn´t fit the stereotypes -it´s not rustic and it´s not modern, it´s not Andalusian and it´s not Mediterranean a bit of BOHO style maybe, a bit of contemporary deco, a bit of rustic mixed with modern kitchens and flooring, cool, yes but more so very inviting and comfortable to be in.
A magnificent and completely renovated villa thought out in detail to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Costa de la Luz without the things that you don´t need and with everything that you would miss if it were not there.
In addition to its incredible location, this villa has 5 double bedrooms to perfectly accommodate 10 people. Its outdoor areas are superb and offer lots of corners to enjoy the views, to sit in an almost tropical garden and to do those things that make holidays so special....

The property is divided into three different areas, offering total independence and privacy to the guests.
On the lower floor of the main house, we find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with access to a beautiful porch that leads to the garden, a toilet and two double bedrooms with a family bathroom. On the upper floor, we find what could be the master bedroom with a stylish en-suite bathroom.
By accessing the outdoor area, we find a space completely designed for relaxation: a wonderful pool, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful southern sun, an outdoor shower, a Balinese sunbed, and a barbecue area with a large table where everyone can gather for outdoor time together and be able to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors with splendid views of the Camarinal Lighthouse.
From the pool area, we access one of the independent double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and access to an impressive terrace with sun loungers from which you overlook the Bay and beach called Playa de los Alemanes.
To conclude, on the lower floor below the pool area, accessible from the outside, we find the last double room with an en-suite bathroom and small kitchenette and some design features such as natural stone walls. This room also has its own terrace.
The exteriors of the property also offers a large, well maintained garden with one tropical corner which boasts a Balinese lounge bed and some more Mediterranean dryer areas, where local and autochthonous plants and those that do not need too much water such as Yucas, Dragos and small palms and cactuses are the main protagonists.
The pool is not very big, but who needs a large pool when you have the Bay of Atlanterra just a 5-minute walk away?
The entrance to the chalet has capacity for 2-3 vehicles.
