The beautiful and spacious garden with swimming pool gives us access to an area of the villa, very comfortable, with independent entrance to a large bedroom with ceiling fan, and two single beds (90 cm), with en-suite bathroom with shower and comfortable dressing area.
The main house is accessed through a spacious entrance hall with a toilet serving the common areas of the villa. From there we move into a large open-plan space where a large dining room is distributed, set up for 10 people, sitting area with fireplace in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, porch with outdoor furniture in the front area, and kitchen area, very well equipped, with laundry area, and LO'R coffee maker, ideal for preparing delicious breakfasts. At the back, with direct access from the living room, we find a gazebo with table and chairs outdoors, a very cool and pleasant area.
In addition, on this floor there are three elegant double bedrooms (180 cm), each with en-suite bathroom with shower. Two of these bedrooms have fans to maintain a cool atmosphere on the hottest days.
